5.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

5.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns of most unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• All helmet models (once they leave our facility)
• Elbow & Wrist Protection (if removed from original packaging)
• Gloves (if showing signs of wear or removed from protective packaging)

6.3 Return Process

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package items securely with all original materials
4. Ship to: Troy Lee Designs Returns, 20 Lakeland Park Drive, Atlanta, GA 30303 USA

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

6.4 International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
