Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium gear with a straightforward return policy. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All helmet models (once they leave our facility)
- Elbow & Wrist Protection (if removed from original packaging)
- Gloves (if showing signs of wear or removed from protective packaging)
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:
- Initiate Your Return

- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Full Name, Order Number, Item(s) to Return, Reason for Return, Preferred Resolution (Refund/Exchange)
- Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Package and Ship
Securely package your item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email when your refund or exchange is being processed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item via your selected shipping method
- Additional charges may apply if the new item costs more than the returned item
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Performance Guarantee
While we maintain strict quality control on all our gear, if you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] for expedited resolution. We’ll cover return shipping for verified manufacturer defects.
