Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For your safety and ours, certain protective gear cannot be returned (see exceptions below).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Helmets (all models) – For your protection, we cannot accept returns on any helmet after it has left our facility
- Elbow & Wrist Protection – Safety gear that has been removed from original packaging
- Gloves – Any gloves that show signs of wear or have been removed from protective packaging

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email when your refund or exchange is being processed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item via your selected shipping method once we process your return. There may be additional charges if the new item costs more than the returned item.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Performance Guarantee
While we maintain strict quality control on all our gear, if you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] for expedited resolution. We’ll cover return shipping for verified manufacturer defects.
