How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse at 20 Lakeland Park Drive, Atlanta. Processing time doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two shipping methods tailored for riders:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (automatically selected for fastest delivery to your location). Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch with real-time tracking.
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking included.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Yes! During checkout, you can select our expedited shipping options for faster delivery. These options and pricing will be displayed based on your location.
Do you provide order tracking?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn. To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected].

How long do refunds take?
